These terms govern your use of the BetComrade and BetSeek apps and our websites, operated by Bet Comrade Single Person P.C. By creating an account or using the services you accept them.
BetComrade is a free social betting simulator. All bets use virtual coins with no monetary value. There are no deposits, no withdrawals, no prizes in money, and no gambling as defined by applicable law. Virtual coins cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything of real-world value.
You must be at least 18 years old. By registering you confirm this. We may suspend accounts where we reasonably believe the holder is a minor.
Monthly leaderboards and tournaments are skill-and-luck rankings played for virtual coins and non-monetary recognition. We may adjust standings affected by bugs or abuse. Our decisions on rankings are final.
Match briefs, probabilities and AI analysis are informational estimates generated from statistical models. They are not betting advice, carry no guarantee of accuracy, and must not be relied on for real-money wagering with third parties.
The apps, sites, logos, and content are owned by Bet Comrade Single Person P.C. or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the apps; nothing else is transferred.
Our properties may reference or link to licensed betting operators. Those services are theirs, under their terms; we are not a bookmaker and take no bets of any kind.
The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of virtual items. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and update these terms — continued use after notice means acceptance.
